Excel to Excellence (E2E) is dedicated to teaching our youth through positive role models, both in the NFL and accomplished professionals in the community who all love the great sport of football. Emphasis is on learning, playing, and enjoying the sport while instilling high moral standards by stressing the importance of academic achievement and community involvement (Excel 2 Excellence, 2018). If you will like to learn more about the league please visit their website at: https://www.excel2excellenceyouthfootball.com/.
For the Spring, E2E requires all teams to participate in roster day on 3/3/2018. On this day, we will need your child's ID and if his ID has not arrived yet, a copy of his birth certificate will be needed to verify his age. Each player must have a physical ID in team binders by Week 1 game on 3/24/18.
All parents (including coaches with players) will need to complete the Parent Code of Conduct before 3/1/18 at https://www.excel2excellenceyouthfootball.com/parent-player-code-of-conduct.html. This must be completed in order for the child to be placed on the E2E official roster on roster day.
As stated above, E2E works with teams to not only teach the game of football but to also stress the importance of academics. An email has been sent out regarding academic reports that are due to your team mom by 3/30/18. Copies will be available at conditioning and practice.
E2E will start sending on weekly newsletters in March to highlight what's going on across the league.
Players should know the E2E's 5 Keys to Success:
1. Be Early
2. No excuses
3. Protect the Team
4. Be Confident
5. Have Fun
